Refund & Returns Policy
Because all products are custom made-to-order through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we'll investigate with Printful.
Refund Conditions Refunds or replacements are only issued for:
- Confirmed manufacturing defects
- Items lost by the carrier
- Items that cannot be replaced
Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
