1. Fulfillment Partner
Our products are produced and shipped by a trusted third-party provider, Printful. This ensures that all items are of the highest quality and delivered efficiently to your doorstep. Printful Term of Service.
2. Shipping and Delivery

3. Returns and Exchanges
We strive to ensure every product meets your expectations. However, if there are any issues such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report the problem. Printful will handle the review and resolution of such claims, including replacements or refunds for eligible issues.
- Please note: Returns or exchanges for reasons such as "buyer’s remorse" or incorrect size selection are not covered. Size exchanges are available at your expense by placing a new order.
- For personalized items or sealed products (e.g., face masks), returns are not accepted due to health and safety regulations.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is liable for reshipment costs. Unclaimed shipments will be returned to Printful and donated to charity after 30 days.
